At 111SKIN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure the items are securely packed in their original box, including all protective materials and the completed returns form provided by our team.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid label to the exterior of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.
- 4.Processing & Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
